Wool Wreaths

with Emily Hitz @emilyhitz

Saturday, December 15th

1 PM - 5 PM

at The Storefront-- 325 21 St W, at Ave D

A fibre wreath makes a fresh, contemporary alternative to traditional holiday wreaths. Come play with texture and colour, and create a piece for your wall that might just stay up year round.

Starting with two brass hoops, participants will learn the basics of freestyle weaving, with an array of fibres to choose from, from loopy cotton to fluffy wool roving. Fast-working, decisive crafters will take home a finished piece; all will leave confident with the skills to finish, and make similar pieces in the future.

All supplies provided. Zero experience needed. This is a beginner workshop.

Paypal account not required! Simply click ‘Pay with Paypal’ and then ‘Pay with Credit’ on the following page.
